Mit Nicht vergessen verwalten Sie Ihre Termine direkt auf dem Desktop, wenn Sie wollen, sogar mit anderen Benutzern gemeinsam. Es zeigt einen Kalender in dem sämtliche Termine und Feiertage für den aktuellen Monat sichtbar sind. Das Programm kann außerdem mit wiederkehrenden Terminen umgehen und Aufgaben verwalten. Es gibt eine Adressverwaltung, welche die eingegebenen Geburtstage automatisch in die Terminverwaltung aufnimmt. Mit der angezeigten Adresse können Sie ein Word-Dokument erzeugen lassen. Außerdem ist es möglich bei Geburtstagen automatisch Emails zu versenden. Termine sind als Alarm definierbar. Der Kalender auf dem Desktop kann die Wochenansicht,5-Tages, oder Monatsansicht darstellen. Der Kalender arbeitet mit dem Microsoft Agent® zusammen, welcher die Zeit ansagen, vordefinierte Sprüche aufsagen, oder die Zwischenablage vorlesen kann. Es ist möglich mit der Anwendung vCalendar - Dateien und vCard - Dateien zu erstellen. Somit können Sie ganz leicht per Drag&Drop eine Adresse in eine andere Anwendung ziehen.
